Many girls have never really known what it is like to be treated like a princess by their guy. I find this terribly sad! They are not in love with a man who wants to be her HERO! For thousands of years womankind has been dominated by PATRIACHY - where men have resorted to cruelty and violence to take control of civilization and rule over women with the upper hand. It is certain that many men see woman as this kind of 'underling'. It is very sad when you are noticing (time and time again) - that women attribute more importance and admirable qualities in their men, than they ever do to themselves!

To these men, the female is somehow 'LESS' than the male and lower in rank. They see woman as being put on earth to be SUBSERVIENT to them and to serve their needs. This has reduced women to being mere slaves and concubines in many cultures. In the West it creates many a resentful and frustrated house-wife! From the day they are born society teaches them this lie. Was woman meant to be reduced to this? The answer is NO. This is a travesty!

It is religion that brought about the institution of patriarchy and started the idea that the male has supremacy over the woman, clan or family. The early church took the whole truth of the Christian bible and virtually twisted it around. This is where you will witness women who attribute more importance and admirable qualities in their husbands, than they do to themselves. If the woman won't submit willingly, they are often coerced or forced to - by any means the man sees fit. How UNJUST. How unfair!

Women are now faced with a choice and really need to ponder - do they want to be subservient to men and be virtually squashed into submission? (Therefore: give up your true essence.) Or do they want to be seen as his EQUAL? When I say 'equal' I mean knowing yourself as being of the SAME IMPORTANCE AND SIGNIFICANCE as the man. ALIKE IN QUALITY & STATUS.

Growing can involve stepping out of the familiar stereotypes and characters....

Women have to become strong enough not to succumb to male domination. We may not have the same physical prowess as the man, or the inherent aggression, or even use our brains the same way. BUT, this doesn't mean we are INFERIOR to men and to be subjugated. The fact is - that man cannot survive fully without the woman. He requires her YIN to match his YANG! Her FEMININE element is the EXACT thing he needs to COMPLEMENT his masculine element and make things perfect. Woman really does COMPLETE him. She is one of his two mutually completing parts. His COUNERPART.

So, although the man and woman are quite different in characteristics and nature - they are in actual fact - EQUALS. This should mean that man should stop looking down on women as 'mere women' and see them for the magnificent creatures they really are! See them as something to be cherished. Worthy enough to be treated like queens!
